Directions (From the West)

Ashtabula County Health Department

• Take Interstate 90 East toward Erie, PA
• You will pass Interstates 44, 528, 534, and 45 after getting into Geauga, Lake and Ashtabula counties
• Take Route 11 exit (Youngstown) and go south or make right at end of exit ramp
• Take Route 46 exit (Jefferson) and go south or make right at end of exit ramp
• Route 46 will bring you into Jefferson (about 2 miles)
• After crossing Route 307 you will make a right at the second traffic light (Jefferson Street).  You'll see a gazebo at the corner.
• After making a right onto Jefferson Street, the Health Department will be immediately off to your left.  Please use the drive right before First Merit Bank.  The street address is 12 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047.
• Please enter building from the front (Northeast entrance).  The receptionist on the first floor will direct you to the meeting room.
