To report a class A-1 disease such as Smallpox or Anthrax after hours please contact the Ashtabula County Sheriff's Department by dialing (440) 576-0055 for the Ashtabula County Health Department. If you reside in Ashtabula City please contact the Ashtabula City Police Department at (440) 998-2221. If you reside in the City of Conneaut please contact the City of Conneaut Police Department at (440) 593-7440.
