Dental Health Care

The Ohio North East Health Systems, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) through its Warren West Community Health Center office located at 716 Tod Avenue, Warren, Ohio  44485 will provide primary dental care services (including exams, cleanings and necessary restorative care) at designated sites for children participating in the summer food program in Ashtabula County.  The program will be provided through a mobile system.

Adult parents who wish to participate in the program are also welcome.   Medical cards are accepted.  For those with no insurance coverage a reduced rate from the usual sliding fee scale rate will be available.   Please call the Ashtabula County Health Department at 440-576-3023 or the Summer Food Program at Children's Services at 440-998-1811 ext 138.
