IT'S FLU SEASON

How to reduce your chances of getting the flu:

1.Get your flu vaccine yearly.

2.Stay healthy.

3. Wash your hands frequently.

4. Cover your cough& sneezes.

If you become sick:

1. Stay at home and stay away from those who become ill easily.

2.Do not give Aspirin to children or teenagers.

3.Drink clears liquids to prevent dehydration. ( Example: Broth, sports drinks or electrolyte beverages)

4. Get plenty of rest.
