Replacement Notifications and Plan Approval
Manufactured home park operators are required to notify the Board of Health when new homes, additions to homes, and auxiliary buildings are added within the park. Notifications are to be made at least two days prior to the change occurring. Operators should complete a manufactured home replacement report form and forward it to the health department.
Plan approval is required for all new manufactured home parks and for the addition of new lots to existing parks. Plans are to be submitted in triplicate to the Ohio Department of Health Engineering Unit for approval.
