American Heart Month and Go Red for Women
The American Heart Association provides educational information on heart disease and stroke. The Go Red For Women campaign was started to remind women that heart disease is the number one killer of women. The red dress became the symbol to remind women of that fact as the pink ribbon reminds women of breast cancer.
