Great American Smoke Out
The Great American Smoke out was started by the American Cancer Society. This held annually on the Thursday before Thanksgiving (November 19, 2009) as an up beat and good natured effort to encourage smokers to give up cigarettes for 24 hours with the thought to smoking quit for good.
