Well Child Physicals
Well Child Physicals are available for children from birth to age 21 throughout the county. Services offered at the clinic include medical exam, nutrition assessment, immunizations, vision and hearing screening, lead and hemoglobin testing. Fees are based on a sliding fee scale; no one is denied service for inability to pay.
